TDP On Williamson County Democrats Convention
Dem convention brings record turnout:
Democratic primary voters lined up once again in Williamson County to win delegates for either Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton Saturday and determine which candidate won in Texas.
Williamson County Democratic Party Chair Richard Torres said the turnout for the convention was around 2,200. From that, 128 delegates were elected to go to the state convention. Four delegates from the county’s state senate district will go to the national convention.
Great turnout! Over 2,000, awesome!!

We should all be very proud that we have pulled together to make this happen for Williamson County Dems.
Even with some craziness during the day, it all came together, and it shows!
Many, Many thanks to all the volunteers who contributed so much to help make this happen.
Way to Go Williamson!
