Carter admits “Rangel Rule” is a gimmick
Rep. John Carter (R-Round Rock) was on the Glenn Beck show on Fox News yesterday afternoon. Around 1:50 into the video Carter admits that the “Rangel Rule” is a gimmick and won’t pass. Most of it is Beck grandstanding, he even calls Crater Senator at one point, and abruptly end the segment with him.
